  13. myimageclass is a private BOOPSI gadgetclass for use with Stefan Stunz's
  14. Magic User Interface.  It simplifies using standard Intuition Images in
  15. your MUI programs.

  17. Features include the following...
  18.  
  19. - Change images using an OM_SET method with the GA_Image attribute at
  20. ANY TIME.  You can only set an image for a standard MUI Image object at
  21. init time, so this is particualarly useful if you need to change images due
  22. to user interactions.

  24. - Reports a GA_ID (if not 0) whenever a GM_RENDER method is performed,
  25. which is especially useful for setting aside window areas where custom
  26. drawing is needed.  Really handy when the user resizes the window, & your
  27. custom image area needs to be redrawn.

  29. - Unlike a standard MUI Image object, myimagegclass is resizable, centering
  30. its GA_Image within.

  34. - Image scaling with a variety of settings.

  36. - Image clipping to gadget boundaries.  Images too large to fit in the
  37. gadget space were simply not drawn in v1.1.

  56. Good luck with your MUI programs!  I hope myimagegclass will make adding
  57. image type objects to your interface a breeze.  Scaling images can only
  58. allow for true interface resizability!
